                        PANEER   MASALA  Ingredients: - 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes - 2 medium onions, chopped - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon coriander powder - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder - Salt, to taste - 2 tablespoons butter or oil - Fresh cilantro, for garnish Instructions : 1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 3. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent. 4. Add tomatoes and sauté until they turn soft. 5. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well. 6. Add paneer cubes and stir gently. 7.                       HAJMOLA SODA  Ingredients: - 1 cup water - 1/2 cup lemon juice - 1/4 cup ginger juice - 1/4 cup mint leaves - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder - Salt, to taste - Soda water (optional) Instructions: 1. In a blender, combine water, lemon juice, ginger juice, mint leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder. 2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the spices are well combined. 3. Strain the mixture into a glass and add salt to taste. 4. If desired, top with soda water for a fizzy twist. 5.
