PANEER MASALA
Ingredients:
- 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
3. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
4. Add tomatoes and sauté until they turn soft.
5. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
6. Add paneer cubes and stir gently.
7. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the paneer is coated with the masala sauce.
8. Season with salt to taste.
9. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.

- Use fresh and good-quality paneer for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of spices according to your taste preferences.
