1/4 cup chopped spring onions (white part)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, grated carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped spring onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, all-purpose flour, and cornflour. Mix well.
- Add water as needed to form a sticky dough. Shape the dough into small balls of equal size.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the vegetable balls and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove the balls with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add chopped spring onions and capsicum. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cornflour-water mixture and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Add the fried vegetable balls to the sauce and toss gently until the balls are coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions (green part) and serve hot.
- Enjoy your homemade Veg Manchurian with rice or noodles
