VEG HAKKA NOODLES

Ingredients:


  • 200g Hakka noodles

  • Assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, etc.)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


  • 2 tbsp chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

   
                           METHODS

Boil Hakka noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until translucent.

Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.

Toss in the boiled noodles, soya sauce, and chili sauce, mixing well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir-fry for a few more minutes.

Serve hot, and you have delicious Veg Hakka Noodles.
