INGREDIENTS:

- 2 tablespoons high-quality Arabica coffee beans

- 6 ounces water

- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- Heavy cream or half-and-half (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

- Coffee grinder

- French press or pour-over coffee maker

- Coffee filter (if using pour-over)

- Thermometer

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grind the coffee beans: Grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse grind.

2. Heat the water: Heat the water to around 200°F (93°C) in a kettle or on the stove top.

3. Brew the coffee: Place the ground coffee in a French press or pour-over coffee maker. Pour the heated water over the coffee and stir gently.

4. Steep the coffee: Allow the coffee to steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on your desired strength and flavor.

5. Strain the coffee: If using a French press, press the plunger down to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid. If using a pour-over, remove the filter and discard the grounds.

6. Add sweetener and creamer (optional): Add sugar, vanilla extract, or heavy cream to taste.

7. Serve: Pour the coffee into a cup and serve immediately.

TIPS :-

- Use high-quality coffee beans for the best flavor.

- Adjust the grind and brewing time to suit your desired strength and flavor.

- Use filtered water to prevent any impurities in the water from affecting the taste of the coffee.

- Experiment with different sweeteners and creamers to find your perfect cup.
