CHICKEN KABAB
DESCRIPTION:-
A classic Indian dish! Here's a simple recipe for delicious Chicken Kababs:
INGREDIENTS:-
- 500 gm boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Skewers, for grilling
INSTRUCTIONS:-
1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
4. Grill the kababs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they're cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and accompanied by your favorite chutney or salad.

- Use a mix of chicken breast and thighs for tender and juicy kababs.
- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to suit your desired level of spiciness.
