INGREDIENTS:-



- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen, thawed)

- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- Vegetable oil for frying



INSTRUCTIONS:- 


1. In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, gram flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and cumin seeds. Mix well.


2. Add the chopped onion, cilantro (if using), and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix again.


3. Gradually add water to the bowl and mix until a thick batter forms.


4. Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
