INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 cup split green gram (moong dal)
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ginger, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup water
- Oil, for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:-
1. Rinse the moong dal and soak it in water for 4-5 hours. Drain and grind it into a coarse paste.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground moong dal, chopped onions, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add the gram flour and water to the bowl and mix until a thick batter forms.
