 Simple and delicious Paneer Bhurji recipe:



                        *Ingredients:*



- 250 gm paneer (Indian cheese), crumbled

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 large tomato, finely chopped

- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons butter or oil

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish



                       *  How To Make:*



1. Heat butter or oil in a large pan over medium heat.


2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.


3. Add chopped onions and sauté until they're translucent.


4. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.


5. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.


6. Add crumbled paneer, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.


7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is well coated with the spices.


8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.

- Use fresh paneer for the best taste and texture.


- Adjust the amount of green chilies to suit your desired level of spiciness.
