INGREDIENTS:- 



For the gravy :- 


- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-inch ginger, grated

- 2 medium onions, chopped

- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

- 1 tablespoon tomato puree

- 1 tablespoon butter



For the masala:



- 1 cup fresh peas

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- Salt, to taste

- Chopped cilantro, for garnish



INSTRUCTIONS:- 


1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds, and let them sizzle for a few seconds.


2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.


3. Add garlic, ginger, and onions, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
