INGREDIENTS:- 


*For the keema mixture:*-


- 1 pound minced meat (beef, mutton, or chicken)

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 medium ginger, grated

- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons oil


*For the egg mixture:*- 


- 4-6 eggs

- Salt, to taste

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro


*For the masala sauce:*- 


- 2 medium onions, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 medium tomato, diced

- 1 tablespoon tomato puree

- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


INSTRUCTIONS:- 


1. *Prepare the keema mixture*:- 


 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add minced meat and cook until it's browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.


2. *Prepare the egg mixture*:- 


 Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Pour in the eggs and scramble them until they're cooked through. Add chopped cilantro and mix well.


3. *Prepare the masala sauce*:- 


Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until they're translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes, tomato puree, butter or ghee, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Cook until the sauce thickens.


4. *Assemble the Anda Keema Masala*:- 


 Add the cooked egg mixture to the keema mixture and mix well. Add the masala sauce and mix until everything is well combined.


5. *Serve*:- 


Serve the Anda Keema Masala hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and accompanied by naan, rice, or roti.
