_For the eggs:_


- 4-6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons tomato puree

- 1 cup water

- Lemon wedges (for serving)


INSTRUCTIONS:-


1. _Prepare the eggs_: 


Hard-boil the eggs, cool, then peel and set aside.


2. _Heat oil in a pan_: 


Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.


3. _Sauté onions_: 


Add chopped onions and sauté until they're translucent.


4. _Add ginger and garlic_:


 Add grated ginger and minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.


5. _Add cumin seeds_:
