INGREDIENTS:- 


- 4-6 eggs, beaten

- 1 cup gram flour (besan)

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1/4 cup chopped scallions (optional)

- Vegetable oil for frying


INSTRUCTIONS:-


1. In a large bowl, combine gram flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds.


2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture and mix until a smooth, thick batter forms.


3. Add the beaten eggs to the batter and mix well.


4. Stir in chopped cilantro and scallions (if using).


5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.


6. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the egg mixture into the hot oil.


7. Fry the pakoda until they're golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.


8. Remove the pakoda from the oil and drain on paper towels.
