INGREDIENTS:-


- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken pieces (legs, thighs, wings, or breasts)

- 2 medium onions, chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 medium ginger, grated

- 1 tablespoon cumin powder

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons tomato puree

- 1 cup coconut milk

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

- 2-3 green chilies, chopped (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS:- 


1. *Prepare the spice blend*:-


 Mix together cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.


2. *Heat oil in a pan*:-


Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.


3. *Sauté onions*:- 


Add chopped onions and sauté until they're translucent.


4. *Add ginger and garlic*:-


Add grated ginger and minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.


5. *Add chicken*:-


 Add chicken pieces and cook until they're browned on all sides.


6. *Add spice blend*:-


 Add the prepared spice blend and mix well.


7. *Add tomato puree*:-


Add tomato puree and mix well.


8. *Add coconut milk*:-


 Add coconut milk and mix well.


9. *Simmer the curry*:-


Simmer the curry for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.


10. *Garnish with cilantro*:- 


Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
