INGREDIENTS:- 


*For the marinade:*- 


- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons tomato puree

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- Salt, to taste

- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


INSTRUCTIONS:-


*To make the marinade:*-


1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, black pepper, garlic, and ginger.
