INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 cup garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup red chilies
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
