INGREDIENTS:- 


- 2 cups full-fat milk

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads, soaked in 1 tablespoon hot water

- 2 ripe mangos, pureed

- Chopped pistachios or almonds, for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:- 


1. In a large saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers.


2. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens slightly.


3. Stir in the cardamom powder and saffron threads with their soaking liquid.


4. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.


5. Stir in the mango puree.


6. Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small paper cups.


7. Freeze the mixture for at least 6 hours or overnight.


8. To serve, insert a stick or handle into each kulfi and dip the molds in warm water to release the kulfi.


9. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve immediately.
