INGREDIENTS:- 


- 4 cups diced seedless watermelon (about 1 small to medium-sized melon)

- 1 cup fresh mint leaves

- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)

- 2 cups sparkling water

- Ice cubes
