INGREDIENTS:-


_For the eggs:_


- 4-6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

- Salt, to taste


_For the sauce:_


- 2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream

- 1 cup water

- Chopped cilantro, for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:-


1. _Make the sauce_: 


Heat the ghee or oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.


2. _Add the spices_:


 Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the spices are fragrant.


3. _Add the flour_: 


Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, until the mixture is lightly toasted.


4. _Add the cream and water_:


 Gradually stir in the heavy cream or coconut cream and water. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.


5. _Add the eggs_:


 Add the hard-boiled eggs to the sauce and stir to combine.


6. _Simmer and serve_:


 Simmer the korma for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are fully coated in the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
